Entero Architects led the entitlement and planning process for the Anaheim CrossFit Gym project, including the preparation and submission of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application. The scope involved space planning and programming of the facility to align with the city's zoning requirements, coordination with planning staff, and preparation of all required documentation for public hearings and approvals.
The project involved converting an existing warehouse into a high-performance fitness facility, requiring careful navigation of noise, parking, and occupancy considerations. Our team provided zoning analysis, code review, and strategic planning input to support a successful entitlement outcome.
